Associate Auto Recurring Fee Rule with Groups

Stay is enhanced to allow users to associate an Auto Recurring Fee (ARF) Rule with groups that are in the Inquiry, Prospect, and Tentative statuses. Previously, users could associate an ARF Rule with groups in the Definite status only.

Users can select an ARF Rule (Default Fees and Single Condition Rules) for a group from the Auto Recurring Charge Rule drop-down list in the Reservation Presets tab of the group (Group ➜ Reservation Presets ➜ Auto Recurring Charge Rule). When integrated with Agilysys Sales & Catering, the details of the ARF Rule selected/modified for a group are sent from Stay to Agilysys Sales & Catering.

To support this enhancement, the Auto Recurring Charge Rule field in the Reservation Presets tab of the group is displayed for groups in the Inquiry, Prospect, and Tentative statuses.
